However, you’re not technically savvy and don’t have a geek friend that can do the work for you. What is a non-techie musician to do?

Fortunately, the djedna team is available to be your “geek friend” through our consulting arm djedna.com. We offer a wide range of services:

• Complete DJ Edna-powered website design, implementation, and hosting.
• Integration of DJ Edna into an existing artist website, either externally hosted or running on a server in your basement.
• Music 2.0 business consulting.
• Development of custom DJ Edna features.
• DJ Edna consultant/integrator training.

djedna.com is run as a consulting company rather than an online music service. That means you pay once and only once for the work you need done, rather than signing away a percentage of future sales (a.k.a. The Rumpelstiltskin Model). Our goal is to get you up and running and then get out of the way of your revenue stream. We realize that this consulting model goes against the current Music 2.0 models and that we will miss out on revenue if one of our clients “hits it big,” but that’s the whole point behind djedna. We don’t want to be another middleman.

Our pricing is competitive and customized based on your needs, so even hobbyist musicians can afford our basic services. We want to help as many artists as possible take control of their business and that means being affordable.
